Refund policy

 

What if I just changed my mind or want a refund? 

All sales are final: We are a small family owned and operated business and put all our energy into curating authentic ethically sourced crystals, creating unique designs and sending them to new homes across the world.  We are constantly running out of stock, with a very high amount of emails asking to pre-order items. Some of our designs take months to restock! We are so incredibly grateful that we do not receive many, if any, returns. But with the increase in demand, we have had a few people say "this was a gift, and they didn't want it" or "I changed my mind."

Since we work so hard to be authentic, genuine and stay small/local, we need to put into place the all sales final policy, unless there is a size issue or a defect (see below.)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to an overwhelming response and a humbling demand for our designs we are unable to accommodate changes to your order after it has been shipped. Please email us if you want to make a change to your order before it is shipped, as we will try our best to help!

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong size bracelet?

On all our items, we always ask for you to have your wrist measurement ready as we will custom size your perfect fit if needed! If there is any question, please ask us before the order is placed so there will not be issues moving forward. If your bracelet still does not fit correctly, you may send it back for an exchange. This will deduct the original S/H fee, as well as there being a 10% restock charge per bracelet. You must also pay for the new bracelets S/H. 

What if my piece has a defect?

We personally inspect each piece in the process of it being made but mistakes do happen! If there are any defects with your item noticed within 14 days of your purchase, just email us at returns@LilyRoseJewerlyCo.com with a photo and description of the issue. You can also message us on Facebook. We will send you a return label on us, or a new item, depending on the issue at hand. Our team will always keep your happiness a priority!
