Are your gemstones ever dyed?

Never! We believe that gemstones should be sacred and honored from the earth. We love to use raw pieces in our designs, but also have many tumbled beads and geometric designs. We want your stones to retain their highest energetic qualities, so we make sure to hand-select our gems from various world-wide locations. 

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of materials to make high quality pieces. Our necklaces are all 18k and white gold vermeil which is a hefty 2.5 microns thick layer of gold or rhodium (white gold.) This is a superior alternative to the price of solid gold.

We also carry 14k gold plate, which is a layer of real gold on brass or alloy. This is also a great alternative, but may need to be cleaned after heavy wear.

Along with gold, we also carry a variety of sterling silver products. All our items have the details listed. If anything is unclear, just let us know!

With the exception of the Nepal Roll-On bracelets and Tibetan Buddhist Knot Bracelets, do not get your pieces wet. All other products should be protected from water and harsh environments to retain their full shine. You may use a jewelry cleaning cloth for maintenance over time.

What is your return policy?

If you are happy, we are happy! ️

We personally inspect each piece in the process of it being made. Still, if there are any defects or issues with your item noticed within 30 days of your purchase, just email us at returns@LilyRoseJewerlyCo.com with a photo and description of the issue. You can also message us on Facebook.

We will send you a return label on us, or a new item, depending on the issue at hand. Our team will always keep your happiness a priority!


What if I just don’t like the style?

If you want to make a return or exchange within the 30 days window, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to us. The item must be brand new, never worn and in all original packaging. Just let us know your thoughts and concerns.

How will my items by sent to me?

Each piece will arrive gift-ready in our Lily Rose brand logo gift bag. If you use our stacker discount, stacked items will be in one bag. If you want more bags, just leave a comment in the order!

Our necklaces and earrings will come on a matching gold-foil and marble jewelry card. 

If your order is $50+ you will receive a free deluxe Lily Rose marble gift box and an upgrade to faster Priority shipping!

How do I receive a marble gift box if my order is below $50? 


Our deluxe Lily Rose magnetic marble gift box is FREE with any purchase of $50+, along with an upgrade to fast Priority Shipping. If you want a gift box and your order is below $50, you can press the “upgrade to gift box and priority shipping” button at checked for only $7! 

Each item valued $50+ will include its own gift box. Any items valued under $50, but equaling a total of $50+ order total will be shipped together in one gift box.

What is the reward points program?
